This comfortable apartment with spectacular sea views is situated in the popular White Sands Beach Club at the lovely family resort of Arenal d’en Castell.
Stairs lead down from the road and up again to the apartment into the main open plan living/dining/bar style kitchen. French doors open onto a covered terrace with table and chairs - ideal for outdoor dining, whilst enjoying the amazing sea views down over the pool and beach. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD Player. The compact kitchen area has oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer plus ample utensils for self catering.
The two bedrooms situated at the rear of apartment share a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are twins (can be made up as doubles) and have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Facilities at White Sands include an outstanding large infinity swimming pool situated above the beach and a restaurant, both of which are just a minutes walk from apartment. The further resort facilities at Arenal are just 5 - 10 mins walk.
This is a comfortable, basic apartment which offers an ideal location for a family holiday.
