Full Description
Tamarindos 307 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, sleeping 5 people located in the Tamarindos complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
The complex has approximately 80 apartments - designed around a 25 metre communal swimming pool. Situated only 30 metres from the water's edge, most of the apartments enjoy stunning sea views.
The apartment is located on the second floor and accessed by two flights of steps from the main road. On entering the apartment you are immediately into the open plan living accommodation of lounge/dining area/small kitchenette.
The kitchenette has a washing machine, fridge with ice compartment, 2 hob plate and microwave. Please note there is no oven. The dining area has a pine table and chairs and a welsh dresser.
The lounge area comprises sofa, matching chair, Menorquin fireplace, TV and music system. From the lounge area French doors open out onto the balcony which has views overlooking the pool area.
From the corridor, on the right hand side is the single bedroom. To the left is a twin bedroom, with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Both bedrooms also have storage drawers underneath the beds.
Further down the corridor is the shower room with shower cubicle, WC, wash basin.
The third bedroom is the Master double with built in wardrobes, bedside chests and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and bidet.
There is a large communal pool for guests and the Tamarindos complex has its own parking facilities. Walking distances; Beach 15- 20 minutes, Bar and Snack Bar 5 minutes.
