A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartment in the Miravent Complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca. The Miravent Complex has approximately 40 - 50 apartments, most with stunning views of the sea.
Miravent 202 is on the second floor and has excellent views from the terrace. The Miravent complex has no pool but the Bergatine Bar across the road are happy for clients to use their pool and cafe/bar facilities.
On entering the apartment, you are directly into the kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, double sink and fridge/freezer.
The lounge/dining area has a three seater sofa, two chairs, a pine unit, coffee table and a dining table and four chairs. Doors lead to the balcony area with stunning, front line views of the sea and coastline of Playas de Fornells. Off the living area is a T shaped corridor leading to the two bedrooms and family bathroom.
The Master bedroom is a double with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers. The second bedroom has bunk beds, a bedside chest with table lamp and built in wardrobe.
The family bathroom has WC, bidet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a washing machine.
Walking distances: Beach and Supermarket 15 – 20 minutes. Bar and Snack bar 5 minutes.
