A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment located in the Bancalets complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is a communal swimming pool and childrens pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Bancalets B2 is accessed from a couple of steps from the road. On entering the apartment to the right is the kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, double sink and fridge/freezer.
The lounge/dining area has two sofas, welsh dresser, coffee table, dining room table and chairs. There is also a ceiling fan. Doors lead out onto patio area.
Down the corridor is the bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and this is where the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed.
There are 2 bedrooms, both twins with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Both bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans.
It is a short distance to the communal pool and children’s pool with sea views across the bay and to the hills beyond.
Walking Distances:- Beach 5 mins, Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant 5 mins.
