A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Poblet Complex in Playas de Fornells. The Poblex Complex has three blocks of apartments, approximately 30 per block, some with sea views.

The Poblet Apartments offer stunning and spectacular sea views across the mouth of the Cala Tirant bay – two to three steps lead down to the grassed area and water's edge, making it possible, in some places, to swim and snorkel off the rocks.

Poblet 1C1 can be accessed by a small flight of stairs leading to the front door, where there is a small terrace. On entering the apartment, the open plan kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer is to the left. The lounge/dining area is straight ahead with a door leading out to a rear small terrace with lovely sea views. Two to three steps lead down to the grassed area and water's edge.

The lounge/dining area has a three seater sofa, two chairs, coffee table, wall unit and pine dining table and chairs. Two steps lead to the two bedrooms; the Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and the second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and bidet. There is also a washing machine behind the bathroom door.

Please note that the Poblet Complex does not have a swimming pool. Clients can ask to use the pool at the Bergantine Bar or the Tirant Playa.
