A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground floor apartment located in the Pinimar Apartment Complex in Addaia and set within well maintained communal gardens.
This apartment enjoys one of the best positions within the complex. Immediately outside the apartment is a spacious area of lawned garden, and in front of this, the pool and it’s surrounding terraces and sunbeds which is less than 15 metres from the apartment.
Internally, the apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, with good quality sofa and lounge chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and music system.
The American style kitchen with breakfast bar is compact but well planned. The kitchen has a range of wood-finish units, and is equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and all the crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc. that one would need for a self-catering holiday.
The two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, one is furnished with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning/heating units.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, WC, washbasin, bidet and storage cupboard, and is fully tiled in white with co-ordinating blue border tiles.
To the front of the apartment is a spacious part-covered patio/terrace, large enough to accommadate a good sized patio table and chairs and BBQ.
The ever-popular Pinimar apartments have a large and well maintained communal swimming pool (with lifeguard present during designated hours) for use of residents, owners and guests. There is also a shallow splash pool for the small children and toddlers.
The apartment offers comfortable and well appointed family accommodation in a great location. The supermarket, shops and bar–restaurants of Addaia are just a 2 minute walk away, and while Addaia does not itself have a beach (but does have a very attractive marina for yachts and power boats), the beaches of Na Macaret, Arenal D’en Castell and Son Saura are just 5 minutes by car.
