Cala En Bosc

Cala En Bosc is 9km South of Ciutadella. Cala En Bosc has become one of Menorca's most popular tourist resorts, mainly because of it's 300m long beach.

Most activities are centred around the marina; surfing, motorboats, sailboats, discos and karaoke bars can all be found and there are many restaurants to choose from. Small boats can enter the marina through a narrow channel and you can also hire boats from here to take you to some of the more remote coves along the south coast.

Cala En Bosc is quite a heavily developed resort, with large hotels along the palm lined promenade. As mentioned there are bars and restaurants and a good lively night life.

This resort is not for those seeking a quiet life. You can take a mini train from Cala En Bosc, however, to Son Xoriguer, where there are smaller beaches, interspersed with the rocky coastline. Ciutadella is also a short drive away.
